Welcome to Astroliya (astroliya.com). By accessing or using any part of this site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products - including colours, finishes, and gemstone/rudraksha grades - as accurately as possible, but slight variation may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the natural, one-of-a-kind character of gemstones and rudraksha. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, and to change prices, without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of checkout are final for that order.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate and current. We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) via our payment partner, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Amounts paid prior to delivery are treated as final once the order is confirmed and dispatched, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Energised & Made-to-Order Items

Certain products are energised with Vedic mantras by our associated astrologers before dispatch, as described on the product page. This adds 24-48 hours to processing time. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for how this affects returns.

5. Astrological & Spiritual Product Disclaimer

Astroliya's products - including gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, and related items - are offered as traditional, faith-based, and decorative items rooted in Vedic astrology and Indian spiritual practice. We do not make, and you should not rely on us for, any guaranteed outcome relating to health, wealth, relationships, career, or any other life event. These products are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Individual experiences vary.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this site to: violate any applicable law; harass, abuse, or harm another person; submit false or misleading information; upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; collect or track the personal information of others without consent; spam, phish, or scrape the site; or infringe upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and the Astroliya name and branding - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

This site may link to third-party websites or services (such as our payment gateway or courier partners) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astroliya and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any outcome attributed to the use of an astrological or spiritual product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Astroliya harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
