Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellations simple. This page explains when you can cancel an order, how to do it, and what happens to your money.

1. Cancelling before dispatch

Any order can be cancelled free of charge while it is still with us. We pack and dispatch within 24–48 hours of your order (a little longer for energised products, which are prepared in your name), so please reach us quickly.

How to cancel: email support@astroliya.com or WhatsApp +91 77188 41577 with your order number and the word "Cancel". We will confirm by reply — an order is only cancelled once you have that confirmation.

2. Cancelling after dispatch

Once a courier has picked up your parcel we can no longer stop it. You have two options:

  • Refuse the delivery when the courier arrives. The parcel returns to us and we process it as a cancellation once it reaches our facility.
  • Accept it and return it within 7 days of delivery, under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Energised and made-to-order items

Products energised or consecrated in your name are prepared specifically for you. Once that preparation has begun we cannot cancel the order for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong — those are always covered.

4. Refund timelines

  • Store credit: issued within 24 hours of cancellation.
  • Original payment method: initiated within 48 hours; the amount reflects in your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • COD orders: nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund.

5. Cash on Delivery

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch like any other. Please avoid refusing COD parcels without telling us — repeated refusals may mean we can only offer prepaid payment on future orders.

6. Cancellations by Astroliya

Occasionally we may need to cancel an order — stock that turns out to be unavailable, a PIN code our couriers do not serve, an incomplete address, or a payment our gateway flags. We will contact you before doing so, and any amount paid is refunded in full.
