Shipping Policy
Every Astroliya order ships free across India. Here is what to expect from order to doorstep.
Dispatch Time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Energised products: items that are energised with Vedic mantras before shipping may take an additional 24–48 hours to dispatch. This care is intentional — your product is prepared in your name before it leaves us.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- End to end, most orders arrive within 7–10 days of ordering.
- Prepaid orders are delivered on priority.
Couriers & Tracking
- We ship via leading courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart and India Post, selected based on serviceability of your PIN code.
- A tracking link is sent by email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders across India. Any COD handling fee is shown transparently at checkout before you place your order.

We currently ship within India only.
Delays
During festivals, sale periods, or weather disruptions, deliveries may take slightly longer than the estimates above. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days from dispatch, write to us and we will take it up with the courier on priority.
Wrong, Damaged or Missing Items
Please report these within 72 hours of delivery at support@astroliya.com with photos or an unboxing video — see our Return & Refund Policy for how these are resolved (full refund or free replacement).
