The rules for using the Astroliya app and website. By creating an account or using Astroliya, you agree to them.

Our astrologers are AI

Every astrologer in Astroliya is an AI, not a person, and says so. Their answers are based on the chart our app calculates from the birth details you give. AI can make mistakes: check anything important.

Guidance, not guarantees

Readings, horoscopes, reports and remedies are for guidance and reflection. They do not predict or guarantee any outcome, and they are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact a helpline or emergency services straight away.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use Astroliya.
  • Keep your phone and sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Add family profiles only for people who agree to share their birth details.

Wallet and charges

  • AI chats are charged per minute at the rate shown before you start, from the first reply. Reports and pujas show their price before you pay.
  • Wallet money is in Indian rupees and can be used only in Astroliya. Bonus credit is used before your own money and expires on the date shown in your wallet; your own money does not expire.
  • If an AI reply fails, the charge goes back to your wallet automatically.
  • If you delete your account, the money you paid in that is still in your wallet is refunded; bonus credit is not.

Pujas and the store

  • Pujas are performed by priests at our partner temples. To change the date or cancel, contact us at least 24 hours before the puja.
  • Store products are sold through astroliya.store (Shopify). Their checkout, delivery and returns follow the store's own policies.

Fair use

Don't misuse Astroliya: no abuse, harassment or illegal content, no attempts to break, overload or copy the service, and no use of another person's account. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account.
