Delete your account
You can delete your Astroliya account and its data at any time, even if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open the Astroliya app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away.
Without the app
Email support@astroliya.com from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number you sign in with. We confirm it is your account, then delete it the same way.
The 30-day window
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. If you change your mind, just sign in again before then and the deletion is cancelled. Notifications stop straight away.
What is deleted
- Your profile, name and birth details, and family profiles
- Your charts and your chats with AI astrologers
- The text of your reviews and your report readings
- Copies of flagged AI answers kept for review
What we must keep
Records of payments, orders and wallet transactions are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, linked to an anonymised account that no longer holds your name, phone number or birth details. The money you paid in that is left in your wallet is refunded; bonus credit is not. See our privacy policy for details.
