Where to go
A store order
Tracking, returns, cancellations and anything else about a store order go to the store team.
Something in the Astroliya app
For help with an app order or a chat, raise a ticket in the Astroliya app. That way the team can see the order or chat you are asking about.
Your data
Export your data or delete your account from inside the app. Read how Astroliya handles data first if you like.
If you are in distress
Please talk to someone you trust, or call Tele-MANAS, India's free mental health helpline.
